Beth, Did you get your serial number and enter it into the relevant text field?

It took me a few tries to get mine, but I eventually got it. When you extract the zip, you'll get an installer and a readme. Open the readme and look for the link in the text. Copy that link and paste it into your browser address bar. hit enter, and you'll go to the special page for this offer. There you will see the following steps:
Step 1
Become a Reallusion Member
Step 2
Receive the Activation Email
Step 3
Return Here to Redeem the Serial Number.
Step 4
Download & Enjoy your CrazyTalk 7 Standard.
Even if you already have an account with Reallusion, click on Step 1. Using the other options does nothing. You should be taken to a page that will give you the option to get your unique serial number. It should then appear in your email. Go there, copy the serial number and then open CrazyTalk 7 Standard and paste the serial number into the provided text field.

L. Cleveland Major, I did that. It just wont open. It crashes before it even starts to open telling me it has stopped working, windows is checking for a solution to the problem. Of course, it doesn't offer any.

Beth, In many cases the problem may be with your antimalware program. Try uninstalling CrazyTalk 7 Standard and delete all files related to it. Then disable your antimalware program and restart your computer. Make sure that it does not reactivate when your computer restarts. Leave it disabled long enough to download a good copy of the Giveaway. When you have the new zip file, extract it and run the installer again. You will need to get a new serial number and enter it into the proper field.

Let me know if this works or not.

AND in the bottom right there are 3 download links, (NOT download Mirrors), for you to download the extra bonuses.

Starlight, It took me a while, but I figured it out on my own. Was getting nowhere with asking questions and the answers to them, so I did some experimenting. I had used the return here link several times to no avail. but the one time I used the link in Step 1, I got what I was supposed to get.

As for the three extra downloads includes with the serial number, the first is a duplicate of the main file; the installer for the program itself. A kind of redundancy if you will. I checked. I did get the second and third files too, which are extra content. All is installed and the serial number entered and activated.

Gerd, I actually figured out how this works. Follow point 2 and instead of looking for a Login button, which is not there, hit the "Get your FREE CrazyTalk 7 Standard" red big bar. There you'll find your serial number...

It's okay I'm in now. I searched my emails from 10 years ago and found an old login for Reallusion and that got me in. Thanks for the tips from everyone though.

Thanks for that but I was using Chrome. However, I managed to get in with an old login from an email address I had forgotten I'd used on Reallusion and I haven't used in a while.

under this link I am getting the serial number but not the bonus stuff. They tell that I will find the bonus stuff under "info" in my accout, but there is no info.

1. On your account, press the Registration.
2. On the page that open, enter your serial number to register the product.
3. Press Registration blue button
4. On the table that you see with the fields Type, Category, Product, Platform ... you will see Download. Press download and A new window will open with ... Product Information will open.
5. There you will find the bonus.
