and how would i be able to recover files when i have re-formatted my drive, when i wont be able to use this product if i re-format, unless i buy it..
It looks cool, but i really wouldn’t ever have the need to use this.
you could use it, because you could have another system where the drive was reformatted (or external drive, or flash card from camera, or laptop drive) and you just plug it in and scan it.
but in the case you rebuild your box you right, but i have used these a lot and want to try this out on my old handy laptop drives.
I had to end up buying some $80 program to recover lost files i will see how good this is.
