Would not take any of my usernames. Used so many I lost interest. I’m sure not every username I used was being used. Don’t need it.

Nice offering. Too bad you have to create an account with Audials. No Thanks.

Will it record a streaming show or movie? :-)

Rod Ohlwiler, sometimes...It cannot do any advanced settings on output like choosing MP4 or the streams native encoding. It forces re-encoding to stream dimensions in webm format and if you want MP4 you have to either pay for the commercial edition or re-encode after capture to your chosen format and dimensions. Some sites it works others it does not as the embedded chrome browser is ancient so they can maintain Windows 7 compatibility and that requires use of an obsolete, unsupported, insecure version that is not compatible with modern up to date browsers that sites code for.

It would be a lot easier to decide if this is worthwhile to try if the website listed the channels and podcasts available with the program.

Richard Woodley, I have 2005 SE here and the live online TV channels is just a few mostly shopping channels, it's main content is video podcasts, I was able to audio only podcasts to it but it is big disappointment and only fired it up to address your question as I just don't use it!

Where can I find a list of TV stations accessible by this program? Their website does not list them, and "Over 300 live streams of TV channels from the United States, United Kingdom and other countries are at your disposal" is not an intelligent statement IMHO.

I have been using this program for a number of years, updating to the latest version at GAoD. I have reviewed it before, and reproduce a summary below:
It's a good program, with many channels, plus you can add further channels from their URLs. To sift through them, you can create a favorites list.
But it has the serious shortcoming that you can only record live transmissions, you cannot program recordings in advance. So, you have to press the record/stop button by hand, unless you can write a script to do it automatically at the time you specify.

AI will do script writing but I have never implemented script before. Tomcat or anyone care to review how difficult or easy it is

MOV, you can write any script you like it won't make the SE version record on a schedule and AI won't help as the script will likely have errors as AI does not understand script writing as a technology just understands syntax and the probability of what text goes next but is never 100% certain or assured to be 100% correct. The program does not have the required command line parameters to start a recording by the command line! You could try crafting an autoit script to manipulate the GUI but the work involved would be prohibitive and you'd need many iterative tries to even get a recording to happen reliably on queue.
