I installed this program from another giveaway site a few months ago. It was listed as the same pro version with a pre-registered name a serial key, however after a few days when I launched the program it said the name and serial key was not valid for this "pro" version and I had to uninstall it.

I am not sure if it was a mistake on the sites registration or Zortam changing their mind in the hope that you buy the lifetime licence.

I can not download the file, I keep on getting error messages, “the file has been removed or damaged”
Have they decided to remove it after several thumb down and low rating?
tried several browsers with no lucky, mozilla, opera aand chrome

I actually bought and paid for this awful software some time ago in order to convert .wav files to .mp3. Sadly, it simply does not work, and messages to their amusingly-named 'Support' desk are ignored - despite assurances that they will answer within 24 hours. I would ask for my money back if I thought there was any chance that they'd honour the request. Very poor.

Fantyparts, The problem your having is the fact that this isn't a media converter as it allows you to fix/add ID3 tags, add album art, lyrics, etc.

Okay, I think I get it, it's the Pro version that only allows updates within version 23. This came out in Nov so there's maybe a couple of months of updates before v24 if past performance is a guide.

FYI whilst installing it I got a threat detected, by WebRoot SecureAnywhere, in the curl.exe - message was Obfuscated.gen or something or other. Restored file to install folder and sent it to VirusTotal and it seems ok.

Installed perfectly, but since it doesn't support localization (curverd fonts instead of cyrillic symbols) the program is absolutely useless for me.

Installed perfectly on win10 x64 but freezes while scanning drives, double clicking on files. I think it's done this 15 to 20 times in as many minutes.

Easiest install for a GOATD program ever! It's pre-registered and activated.

Wonderful offering at a time when I needed something along these lines.

Does what it claims, but no idea how long the license is for.

Be sure to disable check for updates! It defaults to check at startup. Not sure if it would automatically update and ruin things or not, so why take chances?

I am not interested in software that is only for mp3. A minimum requirement for me is that it can also handle flac files.

Foobar player, which is free, can do everything this software does but can also handle flac files.
