Similar to jboy's question but I feel his was not completely answered. I understand that we have until April 3rd to install/activate this software but how long is the software good for? Is it a lifetime, no updates included or are they just annual licenses?

Are these versions lifetime versions or 1 year.? Thank you.

1. Please hurry up and activate before April 4, 2024, after that the code will not be able to activate anymore.
2. It is a 1-year code which entitles you to use it for free for one year.
No idea about updates.

Thank you for this very useful collection. I have some of these as Lifetime.
Please list the expiration for each of this. I do not want to lose my Lifetime version by installing a limited-time version

Hello and thanks for this package, One question, are the licenses the usual 'lifetime, no updates'? I ask because at the top of the download page it states "Gifts will be expired in April 3rd" which I am guessing may refer to the download period but is somewhat confusing and needs clarification. Thank you.

jboy, they all have readme files stating they have a 1 year license and must be activated before April 4th.

GOTD team, So that means we have until 4/3/2024 to perform the install and the 1 year period will end 4/3/2025 ...correct?
Save | Cancel
Thanks GOTD team but still confused. Does this mean the gifts have to be installed by April 3rd?

jboy, the message I got after installation is "Upgrade to AOMEI Backupper Lifetime version - Note: current version is just one year usage"

Downloaded - the zip file is just a text link to the download link. NOTE: THESE ARE 1-YEAR activation codes.
If you download all, you'll get several zip files to unpack, each is a separate program. I installed the CyberBackup first. It took me to an online site to run the program, with my security software screaming at me. I was taken to site where the default login was admin/admin or you could change the option and type in your Windows credentials, in a browser that is warning not secure. Uninstalled.
Next, I installed AOMEI Backupper and it looks and runs exactly as expected. The text file included is the registration code for a 1 year license, no nagging or account creations, just a good overall installation experience.
Finally, installed MYRECOVER. Touts deep scans and recovering formatted or deleted data. Same experience on install - able to register immediately with provided license key and no BS. Keeping both of these programs.
If anyone installs and navigates their way around the Cyber install, would love to hear detailed feedback. It looked super promising with the ability to enter IP addresses for backups, but I was too super spooked with all the red flags from my security software.

This is a very nice collection, and a generous offer. Thank you.
I happen to use their Partition Assistant for regular backups.
Cloning my internal 1TB 2280 SSD to a 2TB 2280 SSD external.
When needed the 2TB can be installed instantly replacing the 1TB.

"When needed the 2TB can be installed instantly replacing the 1TB."
Maybe... Have you tried booting from the external drive? If not, you cannot be certain the 2TB drive will boot, since Windows boot loader can be a bit flaky -- I've had similar situations fail. That said, IMHO you're better off to use Backupper, which basically clones the drive's partitions to a VHD [Virtual Hard Disk], which saves storage space, and can be used to restore the internal drive in case of problems, e.g., ransomware. If/when needed you can always restore the backup to the 2TB drive, including using the bootable USB stick you can create with Backupper.

mike, yes I have booted from the 2TB. One time windows update (or other program) caused a reboot after the backup finished during the night. The 2TB was still plugged in and the system had booted from it (system set to USB-C boot before the internal). Thanks.
