Can someone help with this, I downloaded ok and copied zip to my other laptop running win7. I attempted installing it but always got an error message about not being able to access a folder under \Temp ? The noted folder did not exist. I haven't got any antvirus running, and permissions on the temp folder are full control. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Audials says it offers free updates within "generations" to buyers. Does this mean on a yearly basis - ie audials 2021 is one generation and 2022 is another?

downloaded and installed easily but for some reason, no stations come up as being available in the program.

does not record TV from a PCI TV card or USB TV device. Oonly of any use for some online streaming "TV" channels.

I understand that my recordings are supposed to be saved to my base folder. But, after recording I could not find any videos in that base folder. I even went to Settings/Storages & output and changed to a different base folder for each media type (Audio and Video) to my "Downloads" folder, but nothing shows in that Downloads folder (or any sub-folder) after recording.
