VidClipper crashes whenever I try to convert a file.

“The conversion failed? Please Contact customer service dispose”
“Can be unable to handle the file to customer service processing”

The “Contact” page is in Chinese, as is the help and tutorial pages.

The program looks good and has lots of features. I am able to select start and end points, and navigate the screens.
I uninstalled and reinstalled. I did not need to enter the registration key the 2nd time so it must not clean up everything in the uninstall.

Bummer as it looks like a nice program.

Installation via internet carried out under C:\Users\XX\AppData\Roaming\hudun\XJVideoCrop\XJEditor.exe ... why ?

- Create an icon "VidClipper" (???) on the desktop ... why this name ?
- if someone can explain the reason for all these different names (WorkingToolVideoConverter, VidClipper,XJVideoCrop, XJEditor,...), I'm interested!
- I have not found a way to introduce the license key ... what can it be used for then?
- I didn't find the way to crop a video either... in spite of the information given on their site and the name mentioned above "XJVideoCrop"

Pros:
At first I thought it was just a video converter, but I opened it and found a lot of features (a little surprise), especially with video editing and screen recording, which is very practical for me

Disadvantages:
Chinese seems to appear in it, can't read, hope to optimize it
