Are you using W11 ?
There is a windows shortcut to maximize windows. It worked for my DO pgm, but not for this giveaway.
However you can use W11 magnifier. Change it's setting to 25% increment, and this giveaway was within a whisker of full screen, and you can still interact with the program

Frank, From the website it looks like only nVidia and Intel hardware encoding are supported, though it will run fine on any CPU, just not quite as fast as with full GPU hardware encode.
