Downloaded it, shows the pictures and apps but does not load voice memos or messages, try numerous times. Those two things were the main reason i wanted to download this app, very frustrating!

Frank, Sorry for the delayed reply. It supports voice memos and messages. You can find the messages option in the left panel, and the voice memos under the "Music" option. You can find the how-to-use guide from the Guide option here: https://www.mobikin.com/assistant-for-ios/.

MobiKin Support Team, yes, i am aware of where the messages and voice memo options are on the left, issue is that my messages do not load, it pops up with a message saying "Loading .... it could be a long time. Please be patient" but after a few minutes that pop up dissapears and nothing loads. VERY FRUSTRATING because messages is the primary reason i downloaded this software so i can back them up on my computer!!!

I didn't have a problem installing or registering this app. The serial number is in the download.
However, when testing it, I did come up with a few issues.
If you go to Photos (where my iPad stores the videos taken by the iPad camera) and click the column headers to sort by Name, Size, Format or Date, you get the little arrow that points up or down, but nothing happens. Nothing is ever sorted. So there is no way to sort by Size and backup/delete the biggest files.
There is also no setting or memory to tell it where to Export to. So every time you pick a file to Export, you have to browse from "This PC" to the folder you want.
There is also no Preview to take a quick look at the video before backing up or deleting it.
I was able to Export a video file quickly. And surprisingly, I was able to Delete the file from the app without having to confirm the Delete on the iPad.

Tom, Thank you for your comment. Sorting is not supported. There is a default sorting when loading. Sorry for that.
When you select the data and click the "Export" button, you can choose the location to save the data you want to export.
