Hello! I don't mind to buy the software but at least it can recover my lost data/files in my external SSD. I tried several recovery software, at the end not working. Now, my SSD even changed to CD/DVD?

Formatted a drive just to test this program. Works like a charm. Not sure how it will perform on other types of recoveries yet but for deleted / formatted drives this works great :)

Jean Némar, The "problem" with portable versions, from the point of view of the software company, is that you can use them to escape the time-limited licences. Occasionally the giveaways are for "lifetime;" in those cases, it is reasonable to ask about a portable version.

The existence of a portable version is mentioned on the product page, but nowhere else that I could find. The activation is stored in the registry, along with a variable number [CLSID] possibly used as a device ID. *If* the key plus the possible ID are verified every time the app starts, the software may or may not activate after the GOTD offer expires -- that's up to the dev. Running Wise Data Recovery Pro adds a folder to Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming, but otherwise runs normally -- the only benefit from the setup routine is the registry key for uninstall -- so it's possible it'll run portably *if* you can register the app each time you run it on a different device or different copy of Windows. You *may* also be able to use software to turn the app into a portable version, I think depending in part on whether the app checks for an actual hardware ID every time it runs.
You might want to check out AOMEI's free Windows File Recovery GUI -- winfr[.]org/ -- a GUI for Microsoft's command line Windows File Recovery app. I does run portably, though it will add a folder to ProgramData, and will not run in WinPE.
