Have tried activating the program (now) several times. Security software is off, the program loaded just fine, but when I enter my email and the activation code I get an "Incorrect email or license code! (Error: 8941410)" message. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling it, no luck. Ran the other exe's (deluxe, giveaway, giveaway version) that download, still no joy. This is a new one on me - any ideas? Thanks.

When I try to register the program all I get is this message:
Incorrect email address or license code! (Error:8941410)
Please input valid registration information.
I've tried several times with the same result.
Never had this problem before on GOATD.

Gary, I tried it again this morning and it worked. They emailed me a working license code. I didn't need to reinstall. The code worked on what I installed yesterday. From that WinX website the giveaway is still good. It ends in 3 days. Hope this helps.

L.J., I received an email from them overnight stating that they had fixed the issue. They also emailed me a registration code that worked. Good customer service from Digiarty, to be sure. I like their software and have a lifetime license to one of their programs. I also like that they participate so much here.

soabigg, The license key I received by email states that the youtube download is disabled for the giveaway version. I will tell you the older version I have from a previous give away works well on youtube downloading.

The WinX products are so good I actually bought lifetime licenses for the suite of software. This one also has a Youtube downloader built in. If this is something you need I highly recommend it.

This one does NOT have Youtube.... The screens show it does, but in the email it says "1. The giveaway version V5.17.0 doesn't support YouTube downloading feature". Also once installed there is No Youtube. Shame because that's all I wanted. At least we can still use yt1s

Nelson Riddle, As far as I use a video converter, version 5.0.9 from WinX HD Video Converter is more than sufficient for me. Many novelties in the latest version are just superfluous luxury.
