Every day we offer FREE licensed software you’d have to buy otherwise.
TightProjector 2.1.4 was available as a giveaway on February 17, 2018!
TightProjector, a program that broadcasts the screen of a computer to several other computers connected into a network.
The software has a lot of new features to meet customers’ requirements which make it a useful instrument for different spheres requiring simultaneous information broadcasting on several screens: from education (explaining material to students from a lecturer’s computer) to transport (using airport indicator boards) and business (performing multimedia presentations on negotiations or meetings).
A broad range of network connection settings allows performance of several independent units of TightProjector within one local area network. One of enhancements is the multimonitor configuration which supports up to 4 monitors. Users can view the same screencast in different Remote Desktop sessions running on the same computer.

TightProjectorPro – new opportunities for broadcasting images and sound. With the new ability to broadcast audio lecturer may comment on the presentation in real time. And any broadcast session may be stored in a file and later reproduced without any effort. Advanced bandwidth control allows the program to run on the slow wi-fi channels.
TightInformer is a tool to send simple text messages over the network and to display them on recipient’s computer as a ticker. In a bigger company network messaging is veins the workflow runs through. Indeed, in many cases network messages are faster than calling a phone and are more convenient too. Also, administration can broadcast messages to all employees at once greatly increasing productivity and inter-division operation efficiency. TightInformer instantly sends text messages across network recipients, but unlike most of typical messaging software it displays messages as a news ticker. So a user sees not just a notification of an upcoming message, but the message itself. Chances the information passes unheeded are minimal with a ticker.
Several of your past offerings will not install. Avast and firewall disabled, still will not install. Says they are activated, no program is installed, however. Windows 10 Pro. Files unzipped, Run set up.exe, says activated, but not installed.

Ray,
Did you try booting into safe mode with network connection and then deleting what you downloaded (already corrupted files) and then re-download this offer and try installing again?
Surely most of us have zero issues installing GOTD offers while just a handful have issues generally related to some kind of antivirus, antimalware, antirootkit, antispyware, or anti something still running in the background that is killing/corrupting the download and the reason why you and others experiencing the same cannot install.
My solution to others is to boot into safe mode with networking.
Download the offer from GOTD
Install and then register.
For me, this works 100% of the time.

Ray,
Correction on this offer. The program installed fine. This installation wasn't packaged with the gcd file extension.
The registration key, however, doesn't work. Sounds like another fake offer. I see too many of them here on GOTD.

Well the comments are confusing - when I read what it supposedly did, my first thought was my computer screen and the "flat panel" in the living room to watch movies, etc on both.
Appears that won't work as a second monitor so to speak?
I use it now via VGA cable but can't on both screens...........missing something?

No problem installing and registering TightProjector. However, it is only the sending end.
The receiving end is vital, and although it is installed at the eame time from the same setup.exe file, it won't accept the registration code.
I'm not sure whether this is an error, or whether the intention was to only give away half of a working setup, but I advise people not to bother downloading this till it is resolved.

And although theunregistered receiver end is meant to work for ten minutes, I can't get it to show anything.

Installed and activated ok on Win 10 desktop and Win 8.1 laptop.
Tried running TightProjector on desktop and TightReceiver on laptop but get message stating TightReceiver is waiting for network data. Both computers are on the same network. I've even tried projecting from laptop and receiving on desktop - no joy.
Pity because I could see a use for this software

Can it communicate with Amazon Fire TV stick?

I would think if you didn't need more than 10 people (instructor & 9), the screenshare function in google hangouts would be more useful and free too. Especially since all can talk, and anyone can share their screen.

Ok, i got the TighProjector but so what ?! After reading the documentation you about to know that you need the receiver to catch the transmission and if you wish the informer. Neither of above come with these giveaway, even you download separately the others it still don´t work.
Afterall you have a cool solution to broadcast a screen but nothing to reproduce then ... too sad :-(

Hi Roger,
Most TV'S have RCA input jacks to accept video and audio signal from DVD/Bluray or media systems. You can also use an HDMI cable connection as long as the computer video card has a HDMI output also.
