Hi, STRANGE!!.. After unzipping Installation File and running it - my Zemana Antimalware terminated Setup leaving only readme text in that Folder. Very ODD..
I switched Zemana Real time Protection off for a moment and repeated unzipping/installing this Program again. It installed itself on Drive C without any CHOICE(!), that's bad enough, I was going to install it on my Flash drive, like many other Programs I 'carry about'. I also managed to register/activate it and it put shortcut on my desktop naturally.
As soon as i switched Zemana back on - Smart Data Recovery5 was promptly terminated and put into Quarantine, telling me I would be putting my PC at risk trying to reverse Zemana's action.. I have to say I live with Zemana protection quite happily, it serves me well and it's not stupidly 'overprotective', but on this occasion - it will NOT allow me to even RUN this Program!! I install many Programs and cannot remember Zemana acting this way with any previous GOTD (alone) Installations!??
Conclusion - sadly, I cannot even test if this Program is good, or bad. What attracted me to it was a choice of selecting single File, or picture for recovery..
Any help or hope (with Software classed as Malware)??

Thank you GOTD and Smart PC Solutions. I was able to download and install without issue. I have been needing a program like this for a while now. I have a old corrupted 750 GB IDE drive, that has so many irreplaceable files on it. I hope this works.will comment later with an update.
