I have never known who wins a license. Not here now, not ever.

My only concern is anti-malware software treating me like a child whose mother won't let me go outside the house because I might get hurt. Anti-malware software then heavily barricades my computer, so much so, that everything is overly micro-managed, and everything I do has to be "approved" first with a pop-up box inquiry.

Nimras185, I do not run all of them concurrently. As I said I run them one by one in the order I specified.

For long timeI have used RogueKiller to detect and kill threads in my computers. Actually, each week or two I always run Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner and Roguekiller in that order. All three works differently and there is no nasty piece of viruses and malware code running freely in my computers. They catch and kill all of them.
BTW, I use the free versions only and Windows Defender.

Luis, Just to play devils advocate here, and point out they do not and never will catch all, you also run into the problem to many cooks, to many of those programs will actually interfear with each other and make them less good at their job.

Nimras186, Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner and Roguekiller Free are on demand scanners only and dont have real time modules so can be used together

flash113, Actually Malwarebytes i do not remember if the two others does has real time modules and on demand protection. And also schedule scan, and even on demand scanners can actually interfear with the others.

But what I was after is more the statement they catch and kill all of them, no one does its impossible even combined will they not.

Nimras186, Hey, those conflicts issues in AVs belong to the past, that doesn't happen nowadays. Though it's not advised to have more than 2 real time protections on a single machine, for performances issues.
