I was able to get the Christmas specials page and received the new registration code. When I clicked on the registration "key", I saw that I had the DVD Copy registered for 622 (days?). I also saw that there was an existing code BELOW the line to enter the new registration code (probably the old registration for DVD Copy) and that RENEW was grayed out for DVD Ripper. I entered the new code in the open box and clicked on the arrow next to it and now I have DVD Ripper Registered for 366 and my DVD Copy has gone back to Trial for Forever, UGH!! Nowhere did it say that if you installed DVD Ripper, you'd lose your DVD Copy. That is except for the NOTE: Leawo DVD Ripper works as a module of Leawo Prof. Media suite! I guess that is their subtle way of letting us know that if you update one component, you may lose another. Not cool!!

Have downloaded and installed 5 times. Did the registration fine, have the email with reg code fine. When I run the Prof. Media, I get a splash screen, then that goes away and then nothing. This happened on the last Leawo Giveaway, also. Any ideas??

Worked almost perfectly for me. The Christmas page came up, no issues with the Thanksgiving page. I entered my information and got the code. attempted to activate DVD Ripper, but kept getting a connection error. After attempting to activate 4 times, it finally went.
BUT, then my DVD Copy was reverted back to a trial version. :-( Re-entered the code I received for DVD Copy last month and entered it again, and BAM now both are registered and working. Yippy! Thanks...

I've used a number of Leawo products from GAOTD over the years, this is first time I've had a problem. The giveaway is for Leawo DVD Ripper 11.0.0.1, but when entering the key code, the DVD Copy gets registered.
