This is a 64bit java powered server based program so my earlier comment about the sound of the name is likely very true. Be aware that because this includes its own static java runtime that is not a seperatly installed java installation that it is also NOT automatically kept updated like the system wide java would be, so there are potentially security vulnerabilities that may come into play, also there may be licensing problems since oracle have significantly modified its licensing terms over recent years that I suspect Chinese developers will not care about.

Lag-o-office suggests it is a slow laggy office program. Looks like a symptom of marketing foot in mouth disease in my opinion.
