I'm running Windows 7 and it hangs on my system to and like wise uninstalling the program.

The readme file has a website address to go to to register the program. I tried a number of times to go to the given address and keep getting the error message that Windows cannot find that address.
With all of the other problems reported I'm going to go ahead and uninstall the program. I will check back later and see if this error has been corrected.

I guess the "address" in the readme file is actually the registration email? You may find the registration option from the software menu and enter the email address and the key.

Installed by hangs up when trying to run the program on Win 7. Uninstalled.

I tried 3 times without good resut.
Samsung Galaxy notes GT N7000 can recover only SMS contacts and history calls not images and videos.

Detenova, is your phone rooted? According to Jihosoft's FAQ below:
6. Can I recover my lost files without rooting my phone?
Answer: We are afraid that you would have to root your Android phone first as rooting allows Jihosoft Android Recovery to have the permission to scan your phone internal memory for the lost files.
If this is the case (which I suspected would be the case), the company should state this clearly and upfront on their main page instead of hiding it under a FAQ.

ZZC, yes my phone is rooted. I tried a previous Giveaway:"Tipard Android Data Recovery 1.0.8" without any problem.
Ireparo scan my phone for multimedia files but unfortunatly is unable to find any multimedia file....only sms, contacts, and call history.

Thanks for your work in finding this out. It certainly saved me a lot of frustration. Also, I agree that the company should make this information clearly available instead of letting people discover they have a problem and spending their valuable time trying to find the answer. Jihosoft's attitude consititutes disrespect for others.
