Tried on 2 different laptops, checking both with Google, Chrome and Firefox -- this was over a period of several hours, and both before and after purgiong the cache Even tried to access the URL through my iPhone just to get the registration code but without success. Able to download the software zip file but trying to get to the registration page was totally non-productive

This software from an earlier Giveaway helped me a couple of weeks back to recover data from a full 500GB HDD which failed probably after improper disconnection.
A number of recovery programs I had from here and other sites failed to read anything and I had actually give up until I remembered I had this.
I was able to recover the 450GB of data, none damaged.

The only problem is I wrote via the company contact page with an urgent support question and they did not respond.

In the meantime, I had to re-install Windows and was relieved o find this Giveaway this morning, clearly with at least 1 hour to the regular expiration of the Giveaway, at least here at GOTD.
The only problem is the URL for registration on the software site claims the Giveaway has expired!!!
I read one of the comments from a site guest in India saying according to his local time, there's at least 1.5 hours to the GOTD expiration, but he was asking why it the software page says it has expired.

So whereas I very much appreciate saving my data with this program, which I will recommend to anyone, it seems from earlier experience of no response to an urgent support question + the claim on the software page the giveaway has expired when here at GOTD it has not, I think they have a problem support and coordination with GOTD about their giveaway offer + when expiration ends. it's not when it should, at least as promised here at GOTD.

Downloaded the application 2 hours before the time ends and after i go for registration : Give away period ends...2 hours before!!!!

Here in Italy says that there are almost two hours left, but on https://iboysoft.com/giveaway/ it says it is expired.
I did not download it yesterday because it says home edition, just now I saw that the download is for pro edition.

I still haven't received a link or key. Have used Chrome and Firefox.

Just a heads-up for folks:

I can confirm the website REQUIRES Chrome to enter an e-mail address as of 9:35 PM (EST).

I tried with FF -- on a desktop (cleared cache) and laptop . . . nothing. Frozen.

I opened Chrome on the laptop and it was suddenly and immediately accessible.

I got the e-mail in seconds, but you apparently MUST use Chrome as of now.

What are the differences between v2.0 and v3.0? To instal v3.0 on a PC where v2.0 is already installed, is it necessary to first uninstall v2.0?

For some bizarre reason, the registration page was frozen in Firefox and Vivaldi but worked in Edge. Once I got past that, I received the email with key, installed (to a USB drive) and it registered fine. This is the kind of software you hope to never need but is always good to have in reserve just in case.

Setup worked for me Win10 x64 Pro. Got key right away to a yahoo addy. Program has a deep scan option that looks to be hour run from big F: on a med size SSD C: App frozen up when I tried to stop it after 10 mins deep scan. On regular scan just 10 mins. Doubt that will find photos from end of May using Shift-Delete than I couldn't get back using other apps that same day. And I had moved them from camera SD card.
This one didn't even find yesterday's deletions on a fast scan. Be aware the minimize button in not operational so need to click lower right corner or other means if want to use conventional desktop while this runs in background.
Did not seem to make desktop icon so up to you. Overall 5/10 unless a deep scan finds more files than the usual fast scan.

Since I do not use Chrome, I guess I cannot use iBoysoft.

GoTD - If you must use a particular product to get a product key, put it in the description.

How long before this program ends or is it Lifetime?

Have twice received email that was supposed to contain license key & email link.

Last time download link worked; still haven't gotten license key.

Mail sent to support@iboydsoft.com bounces back as undeliverable.
