GiMeSpace CamControl Gamers Edition 3.2.0 was available as a giveaway on August 5, 2022!
This Program allows you to navigate your game by using your own body as a joystick. You can move your body to the left and right to turn in those directions. And to the front and back to go forward or backward.
The program has a calibration system that allows for a smooth recognition of your movements. The movements are translated to keyboard, joystick or mouse emulation depending on what kind of input your game needs. Mouse emulation can be either in absolute movements or relative movements depending on how much your body is moving. The keyboard emulation can emulate normal keyboard input or Direct Input for DirectX games.
It's possible to adjust the sensitivity to your circumstances and also possible to enhance the camera input by increasing contrast, etc. or even use false colors to enhance the recognition.
While developing this program more effort was made to minimize the load on your CPU so that it does not affect the performance of your games.

GiMeSpace Desktop extender is the standard edition of the virtual desktop manager. When you move your mouse to the edge of your screen you will notice that your desktop extends beyond the borders of your normal desktop. It provides a cheap alternative for adding more monitors to your computer.
GiMeSpace Desktop Extender 3D is the deluxe version of the Desktop Extenders. Like in the standard edition you can scroll left-right, up-down. But now you can also zoom in and out seamless. So you can navigate your desktop in 3 dimensions!
The Pro version allows you also to share your windows on the connected computers. A simple hotkey moves your active program window to the screen of the other computer. Up to 3 computers can be connected and also you can share much higher amounts of clipboard data.
This program was created to make playing music on a computer more intuitive and affordable for anyone who wants to make music. It offers the most natural way to make music by simply using your touch screen or your hand in front of the web cam. If you don’t have these you can also use your mouse.
Dear users, in very rare cases the executable will fail to run properly. In that case you can get an alternative setup file from the GiMeSpace website that you can also unlock with the license key you received for this free give away.
If you experience an error while unlocking your copy and your firewall is not blocking the program, please wait a little while and try again, the activation server might experience short interruptions today. Enjoy the program!

I just installed and tried it, was excited because i practice what i call "Optimal Laziness" and this seemed like a good tool to further master that practice....but my webcams show up black, like they are covered or something, yet they work on other apps fine..i tried changing the properties and other settings. nothing works.

Mgsgta3, Try setting the video format to mpeg, this usually always works. Or try the alternative setup file from the GiMeSpace website.

I test games for developer friends. This sounded good until I saw the word camera. I'm old school, been online since 1993. My monitor is a 75 inch TV and I run a top of the line computer. I've been building my own computers since 1998 to make sure I have the best ... but a camera? The last thing I want is to give my system access to a camera that could be easily hacked into. I am old, I have Crohn's Disease and at times when I've been confined to bed for days or weeks, I get online via the other 75 inch TV at the end of my bed. Sure makes me want to put a camera on top of it. (I made sure to buy TV's without a camera or mic for a reason.) A camera hooked to a monitor, especially in a bedroom is never a good idea in my opinion. If you find another way to make it work without one, then I would try it.

Lorraine Comeno, most webcams these days come with a hardware shutter to be really sure it is not transmitting anything when you don't want to.

GiMeSpace, It could still record sound though. Best bet is to unplug from the USB port when you don't need to use the webcam.

roofoo, Sure that would also be an option. But realistically if you are afraid of this you are basically saying you are not sure your computer is safe. And in that case you have bigger worries like keyloggers that are stealing passwords etc, etc. So you really need to make sure you have good security software and check everything you download on virustotal. That should be your priority, and then you don't need to worry about all this.
