Thank you for providing the program, however, I would prefer to install to my choice of locatons. Installation is fixed to C:\Program Files\ and I try to keep C:\ for operating system as much as possible.
Am looking forward to trying it out as I have a number of discs that are recalcitrant when ripping. Thanks again

Everything seemed to go fine it went to the next page and said watch your email but 2 hours later still no reply. I tried again and got already added so I'm not sure why I haven't received a reply. I tried a second email and it comes up already used but I haven't used this email for anything. I figure this is time sensitive so I'm also guessing this will not be fixed for this giveaway.

No problems getting the email from DVDFab using an outlook dot com address in the US. Note that in the past DVDFab has recorded MAC addresses for trials & such -- if you think that might be the problem Google spoof MAC address -- though I didn't have any problems and this copy of Windows has had DVDFab GOTDs before.
DVDFab is a very good app -- their DRM handling in the best -- though IMHO you can do better if you choose to re-encode. Personally I prefer to copy rather than rip Blu-ray discs, having no problems playing the .m2ts files, including with VLC for Android, but this ripper lets you copy the audio & video without re-encoding, just to an MKV file instead of .m2ts, so basically the same thing. While MKV files can include multiple audio & sub tracks, using the original Blu-ray format graphics-based subs, not all players can handle that. DVDFab however comes to the rescue since their ripper will OCR those graphics-based subs for you, saving an .srt file -- just name it the same as the MKV file and many [most?] players will use those subs.
Notes: all the modules are available as a trial -- re-encoding &/or copy settings are in the profiles menu you access through settings.

Installation and registration all worked fine for me based in the UK and following the instructions in the readme file.
Disappointed it doesn't do DVD's, only BlueRay's - but for free, what do you expect!
