I've seen 3 problems with this software giveaway:
- it is a one year licence;
- haven't seen the HEVC/h265 compression format, and
- it clearly states that it Reduces file size by changing video resolution.

Hi Janet, too late for this program now, but, I did not understand one thing - how a video can be compressed without loosing resolution? Reducing the bit rate? From x264 to x265 it is a new compression method and technology, but this does not seems to be your case. Anyway, as far as I know, any compression of a video file, without really changing resolution or bit rate, would produce slightly smaller files only, isn't it?

I did get it installed, but needed to try to get the security code repeatedly. One of the dumbest registration systems we've encountered. For one thing, 60 seconds is NOT sufficient time for email to propagate through all systems. For another thing, spam filters can block the first or second try to get info from a new, unknown sender. Very unprofessional and naive. In addition, this compression tool is slower than any other tool I have ever tried, and there are insufficient options to control final resolution.Thank you for the offer; I hope my feedback helps you improve your product.

AnAceBuyer, Refer to my comment ( #2 ) below. The security code does not change between emails so once you have it, hit "Get" to reset the entry field and type in the security code from before. That gives you ample time to complete the registration. Certainly not anywhere near as bad as some activation processes we've seen here over the last year or so.

I encounter "unknown error -216" during registration. I tried that several times with different codes.

I met with this error on web registration too. There is probably problem with too too long password during registration because when I used short six number password registration proceeded fine. Then I just switched to longer password in administration.

When setting up a new account, you see another one of these countdown timers. Don't worry if it times out on you before you activate. You can hit "Get" again, your verification number does not change . . . re-enter it and continue on, no problem. And don't forget the activation code is in the readme.txt file . . . you don't need a unique one.
Looks easy to use but I don't have time test performance right now. Hope my activation comments are helpful.
