It supports up to 1080p, not beyond, so all UHD (2/4/8 K) videos have to be downloaded in 1080p.

Please add support for at least up to 4K.

Hi, Strange process: through giveway site, I gave my email and was able to download the zip file. I installed it, went to their site as indicated in the readme file where I was asked to enetr my email, name, password... and it proposed me to download again the software! With the first, it becomes the PRO version as soon as I login; does it mean that I allways have to login to be able to use it? Or should I uninstall the giveaway version, replace it by the version installed from their site and then I do not need to login anymore? May Amoyshare team answer quickly my question please? Thank you!

I went through the ridiculously complicated and confusing process to install and set this up. Did that, however every time I try to login the program crashes.

Hi, I had a previous version offered here. Surprisingly, the folder is now empty! Is it what happens after one year... or due to a Windows 10 update?

Same as quite a few other people, registration is NOT working. As of this writing, I have signed up with 3 different email addresses and NONE of them are working. I have never received a confirmation email from AmoyShare through any of them. I tried signing in to AnyVid using all 3 of the accounts that I created. All 3 sign in successfully, so apparently the accounts were created, but all of them still indicate that I have the trial version. The free license in NOT working.

I sent an email to support@amoyshare.com, well over 2 hour ago, but nobody has responded. Not even an automated response. This does not look promising to me. I can't sit in front of the computer all day hoping that this will get resolved before the deal is over. Any help out there??

Great Program! Unlike many other inexpensive video downloaders, I verified that this does more than just find a link to a video file and download it. I tested it on a couple of Vimeo streams that I verified with browser developer tools were delivered in bits of JavaScript streams strung together, and it downloaded them all and combined them back into an MP4 in seconds! What a time saver, and it prevents quality loss from interrupted stream captures, and the inability to match the original resolution accurately with a selection box.

I have tried it now on a few Youtube videos. The plus is it does download in 1080 the minus well there are a few it's not the quickest, it doesn't allow you to log into Youtube, the interface is poor, the layout is bulky however it works downloading 1080 videos.

If you tried to to activate on the linked page given in the instructions and you get the message... >An account for this Email has been registered before< All you need to do is, on the app where it says login, click on it and put in the Email and password you used at some time in the past with AmoyShare. Click again to register it and a banner will say thank you. Your good to go for the next year. Every time you open the software, it calls home to check if it's registered or not.

It worked fine for me. OK the output section could be better placed and more easily located and not in account settings which is not the normal go to.

My d/l and registration went just fine. I used it on a YouTube video successfully. However, when I attempted to set resolution at 1080p, I got the message that this is reserved for 'pro' version. The 720 resolution is by no means close to the original's appearance.

I would be interested in a lifetime license. But the price is a bit steep for a 1-trick-pony app. Any GOTD super discounts available?

The same problem here, I've carefully followed the instruction but although my account is registered it still shows that I can't download mp4 without upgrading to pro version.
I've registered with a second email but still not working.
I sent a message to the support@amoyshare.com address and this is what I got:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed:

support@amoyshare.com:
no valid MX hosts found"

It's a total waste of time!

Registered with a different email to one used previously. Logged in with new email and program worked ok.

I'm having the same upgrade problems as others whilst using my existing email account to log in. The only way I could get the pro version as opposed to the trial is by using a different email address, creating a new account with Amoyshare and then logging in to the app using that. That worked perfectly. If I log out of the successful account and try the original again I can still only get the trial version.

Tried three times to register. Told my registration is successful, but received no email. On trying to download a video was shown a screen wherein higher resolution versions of video are only applicable to Pro version. I conclude I haven't got the Pro version although my name is shown at top of Anyvid window.

After re-reading the Readme text file included in the zip file and navigating to the registration website contained in it and filling out the appropriate form, the software now seems to work fine and as described.Please disregard my previous comment.

Tried using this software..tried downloading a youtube movie that is one hour long...software replied that this version only supported videos of 20 minutes unless I upgraded to Pro...Uninstalled.

Any one else having problems with activating the software?
I'm logged in my email and my name is showing top right in the
software.
but when I click my name as logged in it says I've used 2
of my 5 trial downloads. (Upgrade to Pro)

at the bottom it tells me I can log out when I'm done so I
know I'm definitely logged in.

I've had 2 attempts to work out how to download out of 5
settings and it doesn't show where the download ends up

Doesn't work for me. It gives me ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID in the program

The usual question for time limited offers, that should really be clarified by the publisher or GAoD and included in the info every time.

So, what happens after the 1 year license expires? Does the program stop working altogether, or just stops updating?
