AmoyShare Team, I had this installed on a hard drive that failed with Win 7 and then didn't have it on my computer as the programs and data couldn't be recovered. When reinstalling Win 10 was installed due to Microsoft not supporting Win 7 so I now went to Win 10. The part about using my e-mail to sign in then rejecting it because it was used before is a bit misleading. Why not say in the description that this is only for a New User and anyone who has not previously registered an e-mail with Any Music or any amoyshare product to not waist your time downloading this Program as we will reject your activation with this offering on the Giveawayoftheday Site.

Catch 22
To try to program they asked you to register..
When you put your email and password, they tell you you are already registered!
In other word You Can Not try the program if you used any of AmoyShare software in the past..

This is my favorite downloader (along with their variations on this: AnyVid, AnyUTube). I already have this version with a lifetime license, so I'm not experiencing any of today's giveaway specific installation and activation incidents. Batch download is great! I acknowledge that it is annoying to have to reenter my credentials so often, but I have a password manager that helps. Also, sometimes downloads fail or are restricted; so I have a few workarounds for that (including resorting to Ant Downloader). I had a problem recently with the bit rate quality not being accurate. I contacted AmoyShare, and they fixed and resolved it within a couple days.

I've had this previously, but was never able to download anything. today i had to create anew email to get it again (forgotten the email i used for the previous registration,). anyway, i tried to download several different tracks from several different albums, but all failed. initially I was getting a parse error, then all the downloads that were added failed with a message saying network error.

I was quite excited when I saw this, but as yet, no luck with downloading. Any advise would be welcome as I do hope to get it working. as I want MP3 copies of all my old vinyl records, which I am unable to play a sI cannot find the correct needle for my turntable.

I've had other software that did the same thing such as Allavsoft, which worked initially, but now every-time I try to download a track from a You Tube video, I have to sign into a you tube account. When I sign into mine it still doesn't work. Cest la vie

Stephen Brown, I use freeware program ClipGrab that works good. Just load URL of tune into ClipGrab which will grab and download.

Why didn't you warn people that ClipGrab tries to install AdAwareWebCompanion and also installs Microsoft Visual C++ without ever asking your permission? These are salient facts that should ALWAYS be included when you shil fior a product.

As you mentioned that you had this previously, could you confirm that the version you are using now is 8.0.0 or 7.9.0? If the problem of network error exists in the latest version 8.0.0, please send the link or keyword of the music/video/album which show network error to support@amoyshare.com so that we can check what the problem is.

Before trying the suggested ClipGrab, you might want to check out the CNET page review (search for ClipGrab). They say that ClipGrab tries to change your default browser, plus install some additional programs. Even if you get past that disaster, they say the downloads are slow and the quality is not up-to-par with similar tools. There are many other alternatives for downloading from any of the video sites, and many of those tools can grab only the audio.

Since AmoyShare AnyMusic has worked for many other users prior to this offer, the issues you are experiencing are likely caused by software in your system. That could be a Firewall or an Antivirus program. I never suggest turning either off because most have a way to allow certain programs to operate without their interference (exceptions). Worst case, you might want to do a System Image backup, then turn your Antivirus and Firewall off, one at a time, to see if you can isolate which might be causing the problem. Even if you have a disaster, you can use your System Image to get things back to how they were before you started experimenting. Best of luck to you.

One other thing when uninstalling it leaves a TON of files and other reg info, make sure to use a uninstall program like Revo uninstaller or something similar.

Installed and activated the program. When trying to download music, I get the following error msg:

Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files (x86)\AnyMusic\AnyMusic.exe

Attempt to load C runtime library incorrectly.

How to get rid of this error?

It first states " If you've signed up for AnyMusic or other AmoyShare products (AnyVid, AnyUTube) before, you only need to enter the email address and click on "Get it for free."

But then lower down it states "Notice: This giveaway only applies to users who haven't subscribed to AnyVid plan nor haven't taken part in AnyVid giveaway before."

So basically, if you regularly test out Amoyshare products on GAOTD then you need to create a new email address every time they show a product, which is ludicrous, counter productive and so not worth the time.

PhilS, I also ran into this problem. If you only enter your email address, it doesn't work. If you enter your address/password/name, then it tells you you can't do it because you already have an account. Not very useful.

Annoying registration process. Also, it make you log-in every time you start the program. Seems easier to just you one of the many 'youtube to mp3' sites out there that do not ask for emails or passwords.

At first glance, I can see that some formats (higher quality) can't be downloaded unless you have PRO! Anyone?

As long as you successfully register, it will remind you "Welcome. Register successfully", then you just need to log in your AnyMusic account with the registered Email and password, it will show "AnyMusic Win Annually" once you log in, after that you can download high quality music and videos.
