Please read this guide if you are not sure how to register the software.
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install the software.
Step 2. Run this software and a pop-up window will appear, which you can see the comparison between free trial and registered version. Meanwhile, just find and click the "Register" button at the bottom-right corner.
Step 3. You will be prompted to the register window, where you should click the “Get Free Registration Code” to visit the registration access page, where input your username and email address to receive the registration code for free.
We will send the free activate code to the email address you provided, please check your mail inbox in due time. If you don't see it in your inbox, just check the spammed emails.
Step 4. Return to the software and copy and paste the received registration code under “License Key” and click “Activate” to activate it successfully.

It works OK for me, it transferred 4Gb of pictures to PC easily, the only issue is, you have to download iTune for the app to see your iPhone. DearMob iPhone manager does not require iTune so I like app that more, unfortunately for some reason after last ios update, it could not see my photos, and so I downloaded Aiseesoft to help me out. If I will be able to do the same transfers with the iPad, I will consider buying it.

open FoneTrans
Select Ringtone Maker from main screen at the bottom
I create ringtones from songs. My music is stored on my laptop so I select "Add Files from PC"
Navigate to where your music is stored and select a song.
When the song starts playing click "Select starting point" for where the beginning of the ringtone should start
Select set ending point for where ringtone should end (not to exceed 29 seconds)
Select Generate ringtone.
