Even video 640 slows down my playback in the program.

No Pro would ever use this product because it simply does not have the features that a pro would require, so take the word out of your description.
Importing a file takes way longer than it should. 20 seconds as opposed to a couple that it would take other editors.
Have full AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPU acceleration for both editing and exporting.
It is a basic editor but one that does a reasonable job and although the export options do not give full control. the settings are generally more varied than we are used to finding on GAOTD offerings in general.
The most surprising aspect is that of the exporting, where I have found it generating smaller files than any dedicated converters do with the same settings, which is a bonus, even though without logic as to why and how.
In terms of purchasing, such a product would have to include the best of hardware acceleration through the entire process to make it attractive enough.
But not too shabby overall.

AceThinker Video Editor vs. Openshot
The core of AceThinker Video Editor is your average ffmpeg-based video converter on GOTD, with some additional editing capabilities. It is more similar to the native video editing in Windows however, rather than the design and/or approach of NLEs [Nonlinear Video Editor]. OpenShot aims to be a full featured NLE in contrast.
At its simplest, a video editor [a person -- not software] arranges many short video & audio clips, cut from longer video sequences, to create the finished video you see for example in a movie. An NLE has multiple tracks for all these different clips, along with a design to make things like trimming & moving them around fast, easy, & efficient.

I'm still figuring out Vegas Pro, until then, Ace Thinker Video for now is my go to software. Mastering it is easy. The speed to complete a task is good. Thanks to GOTD and Ace Thinker for the offer.
