1-abc.net Synchronizer is able to compare folders, detecting new files as well as modified ones and always saves the latest versions to both folders. You can start a synchronization manually, automatically or configure the synchronizations according to a schedule!

The free and excellent WinMerge is still the best – http://winmerge.org/. Although development seems to have stopped, existing features are more than sufficient for both private and professional users.
Thumbs down for today’s offer, for the simple reason that there is no need on the market for software that does the same (or less) as WinMerge, but costs $19.99.
