Windows Notification Fixer 1.0.7 was available as a giveaway on September 4, 2026!
Windows Notification Fixer repairs a well-known Windows 11 bug where notification banners stop popping up — the notification count keeps climbing and sounds may still play, but nothing appears on screen, often after the PC sleeps and wakes. Microsoft's only official remedy is to reset Windows or create a new user profile, which is far too drastic for a notification problem. WNF fixes the underlying issue in a single click, with nothing of yours touched and no reset required. It can also run on a schedule, so if the bug returns it's repaired automatically before you'd even notice a missed notification.

The program installed and a message said it was activated. I installed the program twice. The program would not run on either occasion. Thinking that it needs to run with administrator privileges I also right-clicked the icon and said run as administrator. Still nothing.
I'm very hard of hearing and miss a number of notifications of a phone call and text. I think the program would be helpful to me because of those facts. I would appreciate it if someone from technical support would comment.

Notifications aren't a problem for me, rather I get too many of them.

Can this tool also make all notifications stop completely? Or most of them? The problem is too many notifications, not too few!
