This player does not support GPU-accelerated video processing, such as NVIDIA CUVID or DXVA. This lacking feature is incredibly useful for Blu-Ray playback. VLC Media Player is a better alternative, although you have to find a plug-in for Blu-Ray playback (not feature complete unfortunately) and only DXVA 2.0 is available. The reason that is a problem is because some graphics hardware is not compatible with 2.0. At least have the older 1.0 for compatibility sake.

Plays anything - video files (all file extensions), audio files, ANYTHING
A feature I like is when playing video files, it remembers where you turned it off and picks up when you return to watch - minutes or days later.
Loaded with video enhancement tools.
Free player is great - Paid even better.

I can't say enough good things about this player. Every time Zoom Player comes up on GOTD , I tell everyone to grab it, it's that good. I've never had or seen the Max being offer. It's the Pro version that comes up on GOTD. Started using Zoom Player around 2008. Over time it became the only player I use. The reason is simply. You can throw anything at it and it plays it! Along with the fact, it loads and plays quickly. For as much as does the player has a very light feel to it and doesn't have to suck up every resource from your computer. Because of all the things Zoom can do, it comes with a learning curve for most. Nothing hard, just learning about all the bells and whistles that come with it. I'm hoping to win the Max version. If not, I'm happy with the Pro. When Zoom Player comes up again on GOTD download it. You won't be disappointed.
