Winx MediaTrans performs greatly on my Windows 10.

The developer also listed the System Requirements in the page: Windows 98/ NT/ 2000/ 2003/ Vista/ 7/ 8/ 10 (x32/x64)

Why did you defame WinXDVD deliberately and recommend us iMazing? I like WinX MediaTrans, also iMazing. However, I am disgusted with your bad behavior.

I just spent 90 minutes on this and it still did not install. I went out to WinX website and got the install key. I unpacked GOTD download zip, it then clicked setup and GOTD installer screen came up and I got hourglass for about 10 seconds then nothing. i restarted my laptop and I tried it 3 times after I disabled AVG and got the same thing. can I get the program from the manufacturer direct then use my registration key that I got during the giveaway? thanks Bob

No problem installing & activating this on a Windows 10 64bit system. Easy and flawless. However doing anything with it is another story.

I've got a 160GB iPod Classic which I've was gifted ~7 years ago. Initially I put iTunes on some machine, transferred about 30GB of music (nothing else) over, and have made no changes since then. I didn't like iTunes and haven't had it on any of my machines in over 5 years. Needless to say, this program looked like something I could REALLY use.

Once I registered it, I went to use it right away and found the interface simple and intuitive. It prompted me to install some Apple software... drivers or something, so that the computer would recognize the iPod. I went right in to trying to put a few test photos and videos on the iPod. Making a new folder for each and adding the media was easy. However, any time I tried to synch the folders, in order to actually transfer the files, it failed. Always I got the same message: "Completed! ; Succeeded: 0 Failed: (1, or 2 or whatever) ; The device is busy. Please try again later."

I've not been able to transfer even one small photo. The iPod is doing nothing during these attempts. Nothing is playing and it is fully charged. The buttons are non-responsive. On the screen is an Apple connector logo and the message, "Connected Eject before disconnecting."

Please advise on what I need to do to make this work. Is there a setting I need to change in the iPod before initiating the connection?

While awaiting a reply (hopefully from WinX) I ejected the iPod and disconnected it. There was no reason to leave it connected and doing nothing, since it was already fully charged. No problem, I figured. However, since unplugging it, about every 5 minutes, my screen goes black except for a pop-up with the following text:

User Account Control
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
ExtendedXmlHelper
Verified publisher: iMobie Co., Ltd
Filer origin: Hard drive on this computer.

This behavior is new, with the installation of MediaTrans and whatever supporting software it required, and only manifested upon the removal of the iPod.

Now not only do I need to get the MediaTrans to work with the iPod, but I need to make this NOT happen when the iPod is removed.

Anxiously looking forward to a response from WinX.

It has been more than 24 hours since my original post. For an entire day, I've had this ExtendedXmlHelper UAC pop-up every few minutes just to bug me.

I don't want to uninstall the program, because I'd like to try it to see if it will be effective and useful, but as a GOTD, if I do uninstall, the opportunity to try it is gone.

We are now on the second GOTD software since this one expired. Does the publisher stop checking this page for feedback as soon as the offer expires? Do I need to contact them directly through their site to seek help, or as a GOTD, is there no support available?

If I can't fix it and there's no support, I'll have to delete it, of course. A shame, as other WinX products have been very good for me.

It would not install here on Windows 10/64 but when I deactivated Avast Anti Virus temporarily, it installed just fine!

Loaded & installed OK. (Win7, 64-bit)

The only tricky part was to add a shortcut to the Desktop - turned out to be 'Media Trans', and this worked fine.

Program installed and registered on Win10 64 bit. I just put some music on my phone successfully! All I need to do is add the songs I want and then click sync. AWESOMEEE!!!
I always struggle with syncing music onto iphone using itunes..it's so confusing..this offering is just what i needed :)

FYI, Something is wrong with the first part of the link: https://www.giveawayofthedaycom I can't tell from looking, but there must be a bad character or something in it. Anyway, I went to the regular homepage and then cut & pasted the /download/... part after it, and finally was able to get to the download page. I have now successfully downloaded, installed, and registered. You may wish to retype the URL you're sending out via e-mails, though. Thanks.

Installed successfully after closing my anti-virus, and I tried to transfer several photos from my iPhone 7 to Wins 10 PC – about 20 photos took no more than 2 seconds. No crash, no halt. I’m very glad to freely get a useful tool to transfer photos or something else from iPhone.

Installer doesn't run for me on Windows 10 64 pro
I downloaded zip file
Extracted zip file
Run setup.exe file
Say activated and shows Software Informer window
No install screen or popup at all.

jrtass, The installer may be blocked by your antivirus. Quit it, you can install and run this program successfully. I used WinX MediaTrans for over 1 year on my Windows 10. :D

A nice side effect:

A friend asked me to view his documentary before it 'hit' the public and show it to our film/video group but, as it was being released in iTunes (don't ask me why...), he gave me a code so I could D/L it free...

I didn't have iTunes, so had to go through the Apple process to D/L and install it and got the movie to find I couldn't burn it to a DvD or even export it to an .MP4

Guess what - installed MediaTrans (though I don't have iAnythings), ran it and chose "Remove DMR", opened iTunes and added the documentary (it then stated to close iTunes), ran it and it opens iTunes (again) and runs.. Took awhile but - Presto - I now have a file I can work with..

Windows 7 64 bit. Several attempts to install produced a "setup.exe has stopped working" message. Yes, I disabled by antivirus.

Downloaded okay. Installed okay. I have Windows 10, 64 bit. It also runs great. Not sure what others mean when they write it doesn't work in Windows 10. So, before believing others negativity, try it yourself. You have nothing to lose, but a little time for downloading and installing. You may be surprised to find that THEY were WRONG.

Paul Maher, I encounter the same error. Just close off your antivirus, download and install it again. The solution works well.

I just get to know that IOS 11 use HEIC format to store photos so less space is required. But it is not viewable on my Windows10! And the photos exporting from my iPhone is not editable by Photoshop. Fortunately, WinX MediaTrans upgrades its function to convert HEIC photo to JPG, so it becomes fluent again between my iPhone and computer transfer. Holy Thanks！
