Please read this guide if you are not sure how to register the software.
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install the software.
Step 2. Run this software and a pop-up window will appear. Then just find and click the "Get Free License" button at the bottom-left corner.
Step 3. You will be redirected to the registration page. Input your name and email address, then click the "Get Free License" button. An email will be sent to your email address automatically.
If you do not receive your license key after several hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Step 4. Return to the software and copy and paste the received registration code under "Registration Code" and click "Register" to activate the software. If you encounter an internet connection error when activating, please try using another internet.
Cannot find the original comparison window? Just click the “Register” option from the menu of this software.

Over the years I have continuity said, in a side by side comparison this software does nothing to upscale or remove noise to improve video quality. The other features do work as advertised, but are very basic, but you can't really expect to much from a twenty dollar app. Sony's Vegas, now your talking some powerful features and big money cost to boot.
A better choice for upscaling and noise removal would be Handbrake. It's also freeware.

it wouldn't let me get a new registration number because my old program had a few more days, so I uninstalled it and tried again same thing only now I don't even have a few more days

Wonderful software. I pulled a single song track out of a much longer video and it was easy enough. The only problem I encountered was being able to zero in on the exact spot I wanted. The sliders jump a bit when aiming for a very precise target time. Otherwise, easy, and the resulting video was perfect.
