Doing a bit of research, I see the software got a few nice reviews from the more reputable sites.

5 out of 5 ------ 8.1 out of 10 ------ 9.3 out of 10

But... the driver updater appears to have caused quite a few major problems, including BSOD's.
As well, there are complaints about very poor tech support. (That's a show-stopper for me.)

Personally, I find this type of software far too intrusive. I'll pass.

Just a heads up - For anyone planning to install and use this or any other optimization software, first:

1. Create a Windows system restore point.
2. Backup your critical files.
3. Read up a bit about computer optimization techniques before you begin.
.

Cheers

I installed this program on both of my physical dual-boot partitions & as expected - it "found" places to fix - checked them out & they seemed harmless enough so I let the program fix them & YES I did find it ever-so-slightly faster than before. On the Win10 partition there is only a month or so's use, so fixes were hard to come by (but it did find 6, in as many weeks) in Win8.1.2 was another matter, it found over 500 places to "fix" - again, watching the lists of what they were fixing, showed mostly what it said it would do - repair the false leads & problems - so, I am going to keep these couple of programs today & give each a try over the next few weeks & THEN try to make an informed decision about their worth & hopefully some suggestions to the provider of today's software, to enhance their product. My thanks to GOTD & TweakBit for today's offering - have a great rest of the day & c u tomorrow ;)

Um... I haven't noticed any speed up on my computer. I ran the software and yes it did detect about 300+ issues, but overall I can't see any speed improvement... Maybe there is some, and only having used free software like Glary Utilities and CCleaner, I thought a paid-for program might bring something more. But, still pleased to have TweakBit free for a year.

Wise Care PRO beats this tool, hands down. I got the lifetime license and Wise Care does it ALL and more. Even the FREE version is superb!

CCleaner is much less aggressive so I use it. The aggressive "fix" programs are great for professional folks and they do a good job for them, but this program has two flaws. It is a one click fix all program. It is marketed to the average user. I suggest you not touch this with a ten feet pole. If you do, you will most likely end up in worse shape.

It's much worse than what everybody is telling you.. read what I pulled from the following website.. based on Karl's snapshots, I wont be downloading or installing this software any time soon. Helper dll files are not always bad.. But I always try to limit the use of software that rely's on them. I don't comment often, however I do feel the need at times to help people be more aware of tech life. hope this helps.

http://www.file.net/process/helper.dll.html

"Helper.dll is not essential for Windows and will often cause problems. The Helper.dll file is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". Known file sizes on Windows 8/7/XP are 290,816 bytes (17% of all occurrences), 282,636 bytes and 16 more variants.

This .dll file is a Browser Helper Object (BHO) that runs automatically every time you start your web browser. BHOs are not stopped by personal firewalls, because they are identified by the firewall as part of the browser itself. BHOs are often used by adware and spyware. IDs used by this BHO include 00D13CE9-1879-41bd-B8A3-EA3CB1BD01BC or AE1AA4FA-C3A2-4c33-90CD-69DD021A35C8 or 4 more variants. The program has no visible window. There is no detailed description of this service. Helper.dll is not a Windows system file. There is no file information. Helper.dll is able to record keyboard and mouse inputs and hide itself. Therefore the technical security rating is 77% dangerous"

Well well well...

I have not - repeat NOT - found any better software than the famous Glary Utilities for those tasks.

By the ways, you can always open a small "execute" window and type

%tmp%

then hit Enter

then hit CTRL + A

then hit DEL

This will remove most of the useless tmp files.

At no cost, but efficient.

Glary Utilities is probably my favourite as well, particularly when it comes to cleaning the Registry. Most of the problems it find are genuine problems unlike a lot of these programs which, in my view, irresponsible. Another safe choice for novices is "Ccleaner" which is free.

Nice share! I agree, there are many ways to clean up / speed up your pc without adding more software to it!!! Sorry, installing this is a no no in my book.

I gave this a try - & I will give it a fair shake - I am not using this in a "virtual" environment - I am using this attached to both of my Dual-Boot partitions (Win10 & Win8.1.2) - so I will see & hopefully I may have some intelligent suggestions to make later - thanks Unpeudepolitessesvp

Okay, this programs sends information (possibly personal and computer info) to Google via the Analytics application. This app is a privacy concern, where is the Privacy Policy? It wants to download other applications made by the same company (TweakBit). It finds problems where there isn't and may even create further issues. It has a limited license of only 1 year.

I didn't bother to download and install TweakBit PCSpeedUp, because I generally don't use or recommend running optimization applications.

Takes too long to get downloaded, though installation was clean and quick. Registered without any difficulty and fix all the speed related issues. I have one doubt why this application is asking for downloading these many applications.

installed with no problems on windows 7 64 bit. Program let me stop the registry changes as I have found most registry fix actually ruins a PC. It actually sped mine up a little. Nice program but wished it would give more detail on what it changes so I could make a better decision on what to fix and what to leave alone.

Installed and registered with a slight problem on a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system (*) In the setup you can allow or deny the "driver updater"...

An Australian company with address:
"About TweakBit
Making the world a better place, one happy PC user at a time."
Wow!

And yes, behind this software is Auslogics, the EXE is digitally signed as Auslogics Labs Pty Ltd. And a big claim:
"We made this software to bring you real results,
so that you can enjoy things happening at a faster pace. Guaranteed."

Let's see the guarantee...

Upon start an automatic check. It found:

The sever issues, which "slow down" my computer are open with file extensions registry keys:

My system speed is lousy.
http://i.imgur.com/eLBX3Fm.png
But there are no issues, which influence my system speed. Neither the registry "errors", nor the timeout during shutdown, nor the two "internet speed" issues, which do not recognize my portable browser:

The "action center" gives links to other software:

Hmmm, difficult to say what I think. The best is to say nothing. Where can I claim the "guarantee"???
Uninstalled as fast as possible via reboot.

(*)
The installer installs a program, which runs and wants to contact the I-Net, a "GoogleAnalytics Sender"

I simply don't like such tricks. I don't like also such tasks:

Thanks for the tip on the GAsender file. I use Auslogics' Duplicate File Finder and after a search for GAsender, I found that this program had also installed it. I like how the duplicate finder program works, so I'll keep it, but I renamed GAsender so it can't run. I just hope the program will run without it.
