I liked Thundersoft Video to GIF Converter 3.5.0.0. It does a good job of converting the videos to GIFs. What I liked best is that we can selectively delete frames while generating the GIF (without actually deleting the frames from the original video). By deleting frames we can make the final GIF file smaller.
