Is it any wonder that piracy exists when programs like this that usually cost 30 dollars do not work. crashes and does nothing. tried on xp, windows 7 and 10. same result.

the only comfort is it cost nothing but my time as it seems to have cost most others.

When you copy & paste the registration code into the program, scan to the beginning of the code to see if there are any empty spaces there. If so, get rid of them, then the registration should work. That's what happened for me.

I got the email and serial number to register it, but it does not ask for that information, and I do not see anywhere to input that information. Usually I would expect it to either ask for that information during installation, or registration would be available via the About menu.

Code invalid message like everyone else reported. Yes, I followed the instructions and used their supplied email right above the activation code. Uninstalled. Was a waste of time.

Oh well, no problem downloading or installing - the problem is "getting the code"
First the address link kept taking me to the home page, a few tries and get one to fill out.....then the problem,
supposedly after filling in, it tells me it's in my email......it isn't yet so registered again except it tells me "it's registered".
Life's too short to spend 2 hours to "check something out"......and no "code".......

i clicked on setup, and it says its complete, and it says click to run, but nothing happens. the program won't open. i also tried to open it from the folder its installed in, and it just opens a window in Internet Explorer where you can buy it! but if you click on anything on that screen, it wants you to either pay or install (again) a trial version! i have installed it twice now and it won't open. what am i doing wrong?

Confusing and elaborate registration process. Key rejected, then accepted. Two emails to finally get key and register. After scanning sdhc card found 284 lost files set to recover. CRASHED. Restarted program and it did not run. Developers have some serious work to do though a beautiful interface.

Jeff, are you using the registered email account supplied in the email with the product serial number or your own email address......it needs to be the one supplied in the email with the serial number (just above the serial number in the email you receive)
