Thank you, GAOTD for bringing this back, as I had lost it in a recent refurb of my computer.
Since installing Windows 11, I have lost my spot-fix facility in Photos. This program does this function effectively.

Some thoughts for improvement:
1. Provide a "close" option to release the current image without having to quit the program.
2. I didn't see a way to unselect a selected region. If that feature is indeed lacking, please provide it.
3. Please provide a "invert selection" command to make it easy to select all but a small area.
4. Please offer more correction options for (for example) adjusting shadow detail and the like (like lightening only dark areas) to better simulate the curve-based adjustments offered in other programs.
