Installed, but not starting.
Hence un-installed and re-installed but the results are the same.
OS is Win 10 Pro, Ver 21H2. Avast anti virus installed, and added the program to 'Do Not Disturb Mode' in Avast and tried, and then temporally drop the Avast shields and tried - but the results are the same.
Downloaded portable version (evaluation copy) and proceed, same results - not starting the software. Please advice.

A lot of products today especially Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows are digitally activated with your Microsoft Account. I would say a majority of cases for reinstalling Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows 11 would not apply to this product because the key is already pre-activated at launch when you sign into your Microsoft Account or activate at the time of sign up. It may be useful though for older computers and older versions of Office where you can't find the keys by themselves, maybe you lost them and the account password to find out what they were and so forth.

LicenseCrawler is free and does the same job.

for being free software today, it sure doesn't give you much
you get your Windows keys, which it identified my Windows 11 as Windows 10, and makes you 'Activate' the software before showing you the entire key of things like MS Office, as well as any of the registry based keys

Ok, I figured out the activation routine. Rather complex.
