I purchased and own this version of PowerArchiver 2019. I am very satisfied with it. I did not have to go through the registration giveaway hoops, so my positive comments are based solely on my satisfaction with the software. There are a lot of options including right-click ones. I like the converter for converting epub comics to comic archives.

The problem is that the key sent by GOTD is not the product key. Everyone needs to read the instructions in the read me file. Three more steps are required.
If the code that GOTD sent was not called a key but something like a code to get access to the key (or some other wording), it would be much better.

It looks like today's offer is on track for yet another low "user rating" mostly due to the registration process.
Looking over the previous times this was offered (since 2012), prior to the introduction of the current multi-step registration process (in 2018) this title was getting high marks for versatility, features, etc.; and most of the discussion was regarding the software itself vs. the registration process.
Too bad.

HMarx, I have commented about this phenomenon several times, i.e. it's unfair that a program gets a "thumbs-down" because of things like the registration or even download process, instead of reflecting the actual usefulness and design of the program itself. I wish that there could be 2 ratings -- 1 for ease of installation/registration, and 1 for the quality of the program itself.

Got initial Activation Code. Then completed registration but never got final code to activate program.
Is there a way of resending? If I enter details second time it says i have already used Activation code

Hint - When registering its a lot easier to use the offline registration method which apparently isn't as good but who cares after all that faffing about.

Registration is NOT straight forward. It's necessary to fill out two forms to get the registration info.
Current PowerArchiver version is 2021. The giveaway version here is 2019. 1-year license (only). :-(
