This is odd. Imagine fiving all this info for a free program. Not happening. i agree with others on this. Thanks anyway.

JIXIPIX programs give results quick and easy and a bid different from my expensive plugins ... but JIXIPIX price is right and modifications interesting.

I have many jIXIPIX programs and they differ from other modification programs I have. Price is reasonable for those I have purchased. People get in knots about giving their personal info... which is all over the net anyway.

Help did not give me a place to register, perhaps I already had the program and so did not need a registration. Perhaps #13 and I would be able to register if we removed and reloaded the program.

will not accept 16 digits of registration code!

tobawolf, check your email address again and you will probably find the actual 16 digit registration code. It is not the same things as your (free) order number.

No need to give your real address and phone number, how would they know? And for your email just use a disposable email service like TempMail. That way your privacy will be preserved...

Phone number and address? Seriously in this day and age you want to require that information; exactly for what purpose? Sounds like you are just looking for information you can sell. Who knows what the buyer of such info will use it to do. Developer needs to learn a lot more about internet security. Too many bad actors out there these days.

All of that is not even considering how many free programs will do the exactly same thing with all of them have about the same results.

Guys- just give them a fake address, name, phone number, etc...

For email use some if the hundreds temporary emails (just google “temporary email”).

I have an very old email in yahoo- I use it only for purposes like today. And there I receive a thousands spam email daily, but I don’t pay attention to them.

In other words- if you believe somebody plays dirty with you, then you can play dirty with him...

Have a great weekend.

Went through all the steps and got the registration code. Went to register and found that the text box only allows 3 characters: D4C and would not register. Uninstalled.

Downloaded and tried it in trial mode and I am not impressed enough to jump through hoops and give out any personal details to anyone.

These effects are to be found in free software.

Also, can anyone tell me the point of this software?

Registration cannot be completed without providing your telephone number, email address, home address, ZIP code.

Your privacy is worth more a piece of software that so many other spps can do (a filter that makes a photo look like a painting)

I do not trust this.

The link I am given to validate is not at giveawayoftheday and is not at jixipix.com

It is at fastspring.com

This makes me really uncomfortable.

And in addition to my email, they want my phone number.
I already get enough spam calls.

THIS IS NOT FOR ME

I wanted to try this, but there is NO reason to give out my real address & phone number for any giveaway!

Thanks, Jixpix, but I don't play that way.
