We had trouble with the jpg option, just would come up and say error!

This doesn't convert PDF to JPG just throws up an error, creates a folder then nothing else happens.

Tried to install on two different computers
Disabled both virus protections then ran setup
Said it was activated but it was not installed and could not be found in Program Files or 86

Worked well converting PDF form to Rich Text Format, did not like to convert to .doc, but the RTF format was so good it did not really matter. Thank you.

For the two PDF files I wanted to convert to JPG, I get "Error occurred".

J, It doesn't even give you an error log or tell you what the error is. I tried a PDF that I saved from an image and also just produces an error. Uninstalled.

The program is compact and installed and opened easily. Unfortunately, however, I have an activation problem: after inputting the licence code, I receive this message: "Cannot connect to our server to verify your license key and check the new version, please check the Internet connection and restart program to try again. Please note that if you get the Internet connection through a proxy server, you must set the proxy in Microsoft Web Browser".
The program opens my very old and unused version of Internet Explorer when trying to activate, but is unable to access its server. Are there any work-rounds?

Please follow the tips to make sure the default Microsoft Web Browser can reach to our official site at:

Then it will pass the verifying.

TSS Support, I'm afraid I couldn't find any such tips on the site: can you give a more accurate link? It's late here, so I haven't tried the online chat. I do strongly suggest that you allow activation in future through non-Microsoft browsers, as your site won't open in my old Internet Explorer.

7 out of 10: works on some PDFs no problems, some others will not convert (PDF that are scanned [Pictures of text]) to text (to .DOC files). You decide if it is useful. (sorry posted earlier on Steganos Password Manager 21)
