I was able to transfer SMS messages, Videos, Photos, and Screenshots, but for Music, the program starts by copying a few files, then starts reporting "Failed" along with a filename, but no explanation what caused the failure. If I start again, and uncheck the last file with an error, there will be a different file that cannot be copied to the PC. I cannot locate a log file or any way to determine what to change. I am at a loss.

Thank you for this offering! I am getting a new phone today, and was planning on using bluetooth to transfer my files. This is much easier and faster! I installed it, and am running it, without any problems. I am running Android 11 on my current phone. MobiKin's instructions on going into Developer Mode on my phone to set the USB debugging on were written very clearly. These days, that's not common at all. I'm going to take a good look at their other offerings.
