Though I d/l the product an hour and half before expiration date, yet I tried and tried and could not get a license code sent to my email address until, alas, the offer had expired. Even tried uninstall + reboot + reinstall the software, nothing. Then time ran out ?! Not good! - IMHO .. sorry ...

Followed the instructions to the letter - no progress.

i still don't have the key

Unable to update virus definition
it says it might be due to temporary network failure or incorrect proxy server settings.
Anyone facing it?

When I run the setup.exe, it goes straight to the GAOTD page that says "activated" and you can opt to install software informer, but, it never actually installs the program. Rebooted, tried again, no error messages. Got the license key, but no program. I wanted to try this. OH WELL.

I've been using this program for about a year on all three of my computers and I was able to download and get the free key but, I can't seem to get it for one of my computers. What can I do to get the key for my other computer?

Downloaded and installed. Followed instructions to secure Activation Key. Opened software and entered key. Got a message it was invalid. Tried 3 times. Same message. Wanted to try the pro version but gave up.

Will the provided key work with the newer version available at the publisher's site? It would be nice to use the latest version.

I wonder why some people are having such a difficult time making this d/l work.

Simple to Turn Off at the System Tray.
When having more than one, it might be a good idea. Or it might slow down the whole system a lot.

I think I have 2 years now, all these GOTD programs.

Might be a good idea, that all those programs have recognition/awareness of those other installed program and can check there not functions and active functions and that the user CAN set what she/he likes to be set. Maybe with some option to pre-set something to have the other program in a list or whatever, to have a choice to choose from, when doing another extra scan. Maybe to set it by more than one extra, doing it all one by one.

I think a lot users have more than one protection program, it might be that the other one can detect and the other one not, or whatever.

Of course, all such program providers have to create that option standard.
We live in 2020, not 1990's.

does any one know if the serial numbers are the same, Because my license key has not come through

MY copy installed easily. I did not have to disable my Bitdefender. It ran quickly and found a registry key that displays adware. It was evaluated as low risk. It works well for me.

Is this a lifetime License?

Downloaded, installed and key received very quickly with no problems on a win10 PC. I've never had a problem with Glary Soft, so I'm not sure why some are having problems. The instructions in the included download wrap are simple so perhaps it is your antivirus software?

Great program. I got the reg. # right a way. Ran the program and found one minor issue. One click and the issue was resolved. Thanks so much, GOTD.

got linc fast in junk mail. for those waiting. works fast. on a quick scan. worked with my other already running av prog.

Do you have to turn off your antivirus when using this?

I got the license key immediately but the install frame will not show.
I always loved this program so I hate this happening.

No problem getting the Software. A couple of Clicks and it's here.
However, not the latest version, which is Glarysoft Malware Hunter Pro 1.98.0.687

The install does not start at all and my friend got a message that it had a problem. I don't know what kind of problem, but it would not install either way.
