Program states: "Recover lost data from inaccessible or locked iPhone". I tried and there is no option to do that without unlocking my device and click trust on device!

The program installs, but won't run. Just keeps asking me to download the latest version of iTunes - which is installed.

The only app that seems to open the zip file is 7-zip (free download).
Opened and activated without problems.

Jack,

I had no trouble double-clicking on the folder in Windows 7. The Zip opened like all the other GOTD offers, I copied all the contents, then backed up out of the zip, pasted the contents, and everything worked as they have in the past. If there was a problem at all, they must have fixed it early on.

Tried to Extract the contents of this Zip file - got error message saying that the compressed (zipped) folder is empty!

Alexa, Re-downloaded the package then used 7-zip to open the file / After Installing the program and starting it - could not find (under menu) where to input the registration key that is located in the readme txt / Does the program auto-register also?

Alexa, I had to completely uninstall the program then reinstall it to get the key icon to activate it / NOTE - I had the previous 2.0 version (from an earlier GOATD offer) that was auto-uninstalled during the 2.6 version setup installation - that may have caused the no key icon screen to show up / BOTTOM LINE - Installed and Activated (thanks for the help)

The zip file says it is invalid. Don't know if I will get back today in time to install. What a bummer in case it was fixed. Can this if fixed be emailed to me or a link?? Thanks!!

If the zip file do mot open, disconnect the antivirus for 10 minutes, then it works.
