Followed all the steps. Can't cut and paste code to activate. Typed code, not valid. Reviewed. Nope, code still no good. Actually this reflects poorly on Leawo because you go to their website and get a code from there. If can't operate their own website, why trust a program?

Yep- I’ve tried this software previously-
Was a non-starter- just a waste of an hour or two trying to get it to work- uninstalled.
And judging by today’s comments- seems little reason to try again.

Without exception, every Leawo title I've downloaded and installed as a GAOTD dropped into unregistered demo mode after several months, despite being touted as a lifetime license.
And no, I never updated it, or even checked for updates. They just stopped working. Your mileage may vary.

Software seems really buggy. The first time I connected my iphone, to my Windows computer, the software recognized the phone. I was able to add mp3 files to my phone, but could not delete any mp3 files from the phone. The next two times I connected the phone, the software would not recognize the phone

Thought I installed it but no desktop icon and in further checking, it didn't install. After reading other comments, think I'll just pass on this one.

LM, Just yours and the few previous comments has convinced me to pass on this one. Besides, I've never had an issue transferring photos, videos or audio from any iOS or Android system to a Windows or Linux computer without any proprietary software to facilitate it.

Installed OK on Dell 64 bit computer running Windows 10. On launch the programme hangs and doesn't even allow for registration. Programme is unresponsive. Reinstalled but got same response. Tried it on HP laptop with same result. Tried disabling virus and malware protection but it made no difference

- It says: "App transfer is not available for iOS 11.4".
All my iOS devices are already 11.4, and we get no updates for the GAOTD programs, that means that this is already now somehow crippled.
- It also couldn't find my text messages: "No file".
- For some categories, i.e. the mentioned text messages, it takes a very long time to list the contents or say that there were none.
- Out of around 200 photos it found 5. The rest is under "Camera". Not very intuitive. Photo transfer is very quick.
- It found no notes on my phone, although there are 28 of them in local storage and 21 from exchange.
