Copytrans Manager is not a free replacement for this. Copy Trans Manager lets you MANAGE some files, but not all, on iPod and iPhone only, not iPad. To do all file types on the iOS device, you must purchase different programs/modules.

Not ready for prime time. By that I mean, I try to install a movie (short MP4) or 4 and only 1 installs normally. 2 were in the first try and were misnamed when I re-opened the program. The others show up AS they are installing and then disappear as they complete. Only 1 has stayed during install. This is a hinkey little program in that respect.

Add songs. Well, it DOES add them, it's just they don't show up in the software as having done so. (I had to ask Siri to find the song and play it to see if it was transferred.)

It is very likely that iTunes is not necessary, but the drivers certainly are. I have used other iOS transfer programs on Windows but not this particular one. Your mileage may vary. This is a link to required drivers:

I don't care for the limited offerings from GoTD either, but if you think they're just sitting around on dozens of wonderful free programs and they're just giving us the crappy stuff, you are probably mistaken. They give us what they get. End of story. Quit acting like it's Halloween and someone just gave you a pencil but you know they've got a box of full-size Snickers that they're holding back. It's just not true. IMHO.

Have had issues with iTransfer earlier versions wiping out all my existing books except ones transferred with iTransfer...not cool!
Hesitate to use again. Try SynciOS Manager free version. Has worked perfectly for me and is a lot faster than the Leawo product. (my 2 cents)

Yes, this requires iTunes to be installed, but it is a very handy & quick way to change device content without using the heavy iTunes to do so. Yes, this is only for Apple devices, but some of us do have them. Mine is a corporate phone. THANKS to GOTD & Leawo.

The free iTunes Alternative to manage iPhone, iPad and iPhone without iTunes. I've used this program for the last 2 years and it does exactly as advertised. BTW it's only a quarter of the Leawo iTransfer program.

Doesn't work for me (Win 7/64). Tries to close other programs, and fails, manually closing allows install to complete but program then crashes. Uninstalled.

This looks like the ideal thing for transferring the videos and Pictures that I have taken with my iPhone 5c and move them or copy them over to my large PC HD where there's tons of room. There's a movie I want to carry on my 5c and it sits on my PC now.
This all works as tis software makes the 5c into a flash drive which I can use with its transfer software.

i have installed without problem on Win7 64bit prof. but when i launch it a window opens complaining that i haven't got itunes installed. i am probably being thick but i thought this was a substitute for itunes which is a truly awful bit of s/w. it states above "PCs without the sync of iTunes". so no good to me then.

As no'1 dadams stated, it seems like GOTD recently have decided to share sun and rain equally between Windows and IOS users. Considered the votes esch and every time, the idea doesn't seem to be very popular - certainly not in our household. However, if that deal with Apple can regain some users, it's just fine with me. An apple a day, keeps the custo...en doctor away ;0)

Here is the latest IOS transfer offering. In the past it used to be video converters that was offered weekly. Now it appears to have changed to IOS software. Thank you for your efforts GOTD team and for your offer, Leawo Software, but I will pass. Maybe I'm in the minority but I don't own an Apple product or have I Tunes installed on my computer.
