Immensely slow in generating the output file. Made tremendous efforts to find out the effects of the various settings, but failed to find out why the images appear only for a fraction of a second, despite that the relevant values have been set to 16000 ms. No manual or assisting info available even on the dedicated website also quoted here above. The developer lets you alone. I gave up and uninstalled the software.

Tried to register twice with the supplied code, still not registered. I'm using win 10 laptop. When trying to make a movie of about five images, the program stops about halfway and the output isn't playable....

I believe the correct URL for this application on the Byte Scout web site is: https://bytescout.com/products/developer/imagetovideosdk/imagetovideosdk.html.
Here you will find examples of the application and many tutorials on how to use it.

Pretty much a basic program to "convert a sequence of images to a video slideshow with various transition effects". Installed easily enough and registered with any name and the code in the readme file. Basic controls and settings on two tabs (Slide options and Movie options) allow for some control over the final product including transition effects and duration, resolution, background image if desired, and audio track. Loaded a folder with 60 images into the program, reduced time for each image to reduce the overall length of result video, and let it run. I did not add a background image or soundtrack since it was just a quick test. The final video (WMV in my case) played fine with no issues. Installed on Windows 10 64 bit system for those keeping track.

From the readme.txt: "Run the program, go to the down left corner, click "Register for commercial use" and
enter ANY name and the provided key."
Unfortunately there is no button or link "Register for commercial use". Same with the free version from the ByteScout homepage.

If you can't find it, it probably did not install in the strict sense.

Before I tried this GOTD I went to it's page..
Not a single demo video there...
So google found a YT demo from 2010...
Sells team, you better update few things before putting it as GOTD.

I downloaded the software and ran the setup. The setup starts and then it tells me that it had successfully been installed. But I'm unable to find that application on my PC.

From the readme.txt: "IMPORTANT: please note that due to the Themida wrapper usage your installation might be blocked by your antivirus (AVG, Avast or Kaspersky)!
This will result in no program installed on your PC even if your antivirus reports no files are blocked.
In order to install the program, you'll have to temporally disable your antivirus."

kiwi, did you remember to disable your antivirus before installing/ Some of the GAOTD applications require this. Read the readme file, it explains this further. Hope this helps.

kiwi, This has happened to me on several GAOTD offerings. Sometimes I'm able to download directly from the actual site, then use the GAOTD key to activate, and sometimes, when it's a different version that the current offer, I just can't install at all. Always says it installed and/or activated, but never is actually installed or able to locate. If anyone figures this out, the fix would be most welcome. Windows 10/64 bit

kiwi, When that happens to me I shut down my anti virus shields for 10 minutes and re-download and install again.
