It has not found any photo files to recover.

I should have paid attention to the comments. Downloaded, installed it, tried it. Same problem others had... didn't see my media. Uninstalled. Thanks for the offer and since it was free I really can't complain, got what I paid for.

For software claiming to recover SD cards, I find it rather annoying that once downloaded, installed and registered that it didn't detect any of the five SD cards I tried. It managed to find my flash drives, but they are not SD cards! for an asking price of $69.99 I'd at least expect this software to do what it falsely claims to be capable of. I note there is feedback from the developer about this, some developers actually care about their products ... iCare obviously aren't. Uninstalled this garbage and will probably avoid anything from iCare in the future.

I installed it, it was quick but I can't see any place to enter the registration code. On the website there is no questions search box, chat support is offline. So i thought maybe the enter activation key will be prompted during the scan or recovery process...it doesn't display the sd card, which i double checked if my laptop can see, it's displayed fine there. So i am stuck at this point, any advise would be appreciated, thanks.

Program only found 2 of my 3 USB Drives and 0 of my 1 SD cards. For an SD file recovery program this didn't bode well.

Installed with license key successfully but when the program was run no memory cards appeared in the list even though the the memory card appears in the Windows Explorer listing. Running Windows 10 Pro 64Bit. Program Uninstalled.

Download was fast and extracting the files was quite simple. Make SURE you open the README file as the registration code is right there. After opening the program you can register immediately using the code. I had absolutely no issues using the code provided.
Scanned one of my older flash drive to see what it could find. I knew I had deleted AND re-formatted the drive. It did find numerous files and saved them to a location of my choice. Actual recovery time was about the same as other programs like this. Time is dependent of total number of files chosen. Even though you place them in a specific directory they will STILL go into another folder with names like "FAT16" and the like. But they are easily located.
This is an easy program to use with a very short learning curve. VERY simple interface and not a lot of bells and whistles.
This one is a "keeper" for me as I will use it if one of my other programs "can't" find anything.

Too bad that it does not find my SanDisk 64 GB in my W7 pro. Tried several times either by restarting the app or re-inserting the memory card. It just shows a boring and empty window. Uninstalling.
