   Impulse is having a weekend sale and what caught my eye is that it includes Out of the Park Baseball (OOTP) for $19.99 (50% off). This is the latest iteration of their highly rated baseball simulation. It is very strong on statistical simulation and team management. While it has some graphics, they are limited and that is clearly not the focus.

   Also on sale are CID the Dummy for $3.49 (30% off), Skyscraper Simulator for $16.34 (40% off), Lost Planet Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition for $9.99 (50%), Tom Clancy's EndWar for $9.99 (50%), and the THQ Ultimate Bundle with 17 THQ games for $99.99 (71% off).

   Nice one Campy.

   You can get the 2007 version (v8) of Out of the Park Baseball free now. I posted details and images of the game some months back (week 55) and it can be found HERE.

   There's also the 2004 version (v5) available for free HERE as well. (and other versions areprobably available, but they have not been included in the free games project. I have most of the games mentioned including the THQ bundle. There are some excellent games in that bundle, my favorite being Red Faction Guerilla, Stalker: Shadow of Cherobyl and the Titan Quest bundle, but I'd recommend waiting for the Steam bundle to come around again because it's usually cheaper than the impulse bundle and I personally love steam much more than the Stardock games manager. I've not been able to find some of the games i bough from impulse last year and ended up having to create a new account.
