   Hi, I'm not aware that there was any glitch on the GOTD site or with the download, otherwise we would have got many more questions.

   Sorry, now it's too late to get this programme.
   My advice for the future, clear the caches of your browser and the download-helper, delete the GOTD cookies and try it again.

   Thanks for your reply, but if you see the timings I captured off the site and I did say it has never happened before. Shame I missed out on this one, but at least I got links to alternatives.
