Hey, no problem Pixiey, it's easy enough to do, especially if you’re in a rush, or not used to the forums. It always pays to use the search engine which is accessible from the top right of the forums (whatever page you are on), just to check whether a game has been posted previously, or check through the game discussions main page. If it's newly released it's likely to be listed there if someone else has already posted the game.
Please don't stop posting details of free games you find, the more we can link to the merrier. The aim of the free games project was originally to compensate for the demise of a free game every day via the game giveaway project. When the recession started to bite back in 2008 the owners found it difficult to get games every day so they decided to run the game giveaway just at weekends from around March/April 2008 with the promise that if things improved they would return to giving games away every day. About six months after this happened I thought it would be a good idea to start posting freeware and abandonware games every weekday to make up for the lack of a game every day. It soon developed into the free games project, with three or four community members posting games regularly. As the free games project developed it just became a good place to look for free games. now there's at least 2000 games to be found in the games discussion forums. You can find a lot of them listed in the free games synopsis, though it's not up to date at the moment. no games from around week 100 onwards have been added to the synopsis yet, though I am working on rectifying that. You can still find the games that aren't listed in the synopsis by looking for threads in the game discussion forums beginning with Week Thanks for your help. :)
