I enjoy HOGs; particularly when they have a good story and good mini-games not just HOs and the hidden objects don't become pixel hunts. BFG is certainly the place to go for HOGs and many of their best ones fit my criteria.I would like to see a little more originality in the stories, the story settings and puzzles/mini-games.
Also, while I like their HOGs, I would like to see them have a bit more diversity in their catalog. As WR says they feature HOGs. However, there are also lots of other choices. I think they have around 300 match 3 games like 4 Elements I & II and around 50 marble popper games like Luxor and Zuma, over 300 time management games (another area of emphasis with them) like the Diner Dash games and Roads to Rome I - III. I also have recently enjoyed some of the nanogram games like World Riddles and World Mosaics games. There actually is quite a variety if you look beyond the featured HOGs.
That said, even $4.99 seems a little steep in today's game market except for the best of BFG's games. STEAM and other digital services and bundle offers like Humble Bundles and Indie Royale, etc. have really put downward pressure on casual game pricing while BFG went the other direction with increases. These sales are more comparable to their old standard pricing. Still, at the sale prices there are games in numerous genres that should be considered.
