Without changing anything in settings other than source and target folders. I took a video that is 320x240 as source, and selected 1920x1080 as the output size. I ended up with a 1920x1080 video with the 320x240 video in the center surrounded by black for the rest of the video.
For my second try, I used the Edit feature and discovered the Stretch mode has to be change from "Resize" to "Stretch" to get the 320x240 video to fill the screen.

I gave up on their Fast Video Downloader (despite some pretty good features and performance), due to their very annoying auto-update process, which can halt other computer activity while it is underway and until that completes, and which cannot otherwise be evaded. I'm thinking this may carry over to other products of theirs, but am not interested enough to find out.

It is the process to keep Fast Video Maker updated. Yes we have Autoupdate feature in all of our products. Autoupdate process does not have any impact on any of the computer activity.

it is a slightly complicated process to register, what with the app opening up and unable to get the register button behind the window; finally got it BUT it not free forever...good for 366 days = 1 year.
